    Proposal summary:

Small-scale food processing kitchens need a year-round market that will provide adequate sales to keep the operation viable. This project will research the niche market needs of local, year-round daycare providers and the needs of the parents of these children. Local, minimally processed frozen fruit and vegetable products will be packaged to meet the needs identified by this market. Outreach will be through workshops, individual visits, presentations, and a web site.
