    Proposal summary:

On-farm milk processing is a growing industry where the market demands consistent, high-quality dairy products. Current dairy processing courses do not place farmers in the correct environment to be effective. This project will start an on-farm training center so farmers can learn to make dairy foods in a realistic setting. Outreach will be through the classes offered, publications, and presentations.
