    Proposal summary:

Existing small family dairy farms have not traditionally used value-added products as an alternative to selling fluid milk at the wholesale level. This project will create a marketing plan to sell artisan cheeses produced from local milk. Outreach will be through articles, a web site, cheese house tours, and presentations at regional conferences.
