Proposal summary:
I want to develop a working model of an economical, environmentally safe refrigeration utilizing ice formed inside a well insulated room in the winter for cold storage of spring and summer fruits and vegetables. I will then evaluate its effectiveness of reducing labor, production costs and the ability to increase storage longevity to extend the market calendar.
