Proposal summary:
Graze 200 sheep on the slopes of a Vermont ski resort during the summer of 1993 in an effort to 1) maintain the slopes in an environmentally appropriate manner, 2) strengthen the link between Vermont's agriculture and tourist industries to each industries benefit, 3) establish a business that pays farmers for that part of their work that the state residents and tourists might value: the maintenance of open land.
