    Proposal summary:

I want to install a trough sub-irrigation for potted flowering plants and directly compare overhead watering to sub-irrigation. Over a two year period we will do a cost comparison, keep track of water usage, man hours needed for watering, amount of fertilizer used, amount of fungicide and loss of plants due to root rot.
