    Proposal summary:

    I wish to show that municipal solid waste (leaf compost) can: -eliminate the need for tilling field crops -substantially reduce the amounts of fertilizers and water needed in field grown vegetable crops -substantially reduce the amounts of fertilizers and water needed for greenhouse food crops.
