    Proposal summary:

Forage soybeans are just being commercially introduced. I would like to evaluate them, under local conditions, as a potential forage source for my dairy herd. The drought prone soils in Adams County produce well less than average corn silage yields. I'd like to consider a forage soybean/small grain silage rotation. In the future, if the forage soybeans produce well under our local conditions.
