Summary
There is greater foreign and domestic demand for white wheat grown in the US than there is supply. However, even though the demand is there, white wheat producers have not been able to effectively identify the markets. The Oklahoma White Wheat Producers Alliance intends to identify white wheat producers, determine acreage, and identify markets.
