Legume Grazing in Rotation with Small Grains

Summary

This study will compare legume grazing in rotation with small grains to continuous recropping of small grains and also to conventional farming. Legumes will be grazed in the traditional summer fallow year between grain crops. The added value of the cattle grazing on the legumes will be studied to see if this approach is economically feasible and a better alternative to current methods.
