Summary

The goal of this study is to develop and implement a sustainable amendment production program using local schools' compost materials to produce amendments for incorporation on row crops for tilth and fertility improvement. The recycling loop of compost to production of sustainable agriculture will be demonstrated to local farmers and schools as well as nationally through the Healthy School Lunch Program.
