Summary

This project proposes to convert fish and plant waste into economical, high quality fish and plant food through a bioconversion system in fish ponds. Plant waste, soy pulp from a local tofu factory, and fish parts from a processing plant will be processed into fish food. The water circulating through the system will be used to feed beds of watercress, green onions, basil and tomatoes.
