Summary
The purpose of this project is to explore and develop the feasibility of a windmill-powered hydraulic pump to water cattle. This type of pump system may reduce the cost of well replacement by at least 50 percent. The project will also reduce the amount of time involved in repairing windmills and improve the utilization of the range.
