    Proposal abstract:

    The purpose of this project is to measure the difference in rates of gain between two groups of weanling hogs. One group will be exposed to Jerusalem Artichokes (sunchokes) in their forage mixture and the others without them to see if the sunchokes will increase their rate of gain.
