This master presentation in three parts (Part I: Rights in Property; Part II: The Disposition of Real Property; Part III: The Impact of Conservation Easements on Real Property Transfer Decisions) was developed and delivered via webinar to the NC Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts in support of building SWCD capacity to hold conservation easements.
