An online toolkit with recipes and resources to support farmers interested in launching a value-added bakery business out of their home kitchen under their state's cottage food laws. Elements of the website include a database of tested recipes that focus on using farm-raised ingredients and display and packaging ideas for improved product marketing. An online webinar provides a project overview.
