Description:
Steven and Connie Doud own Doud Orchards in Denver, Indiana. Doud Orchards is the second oldest orchard in Indiana and currently produces, on sixty-seven acres, over a hundred different varieties of quality, tree-ripened apples. In 2015, Doud received a SARE grant to evaluate apple selections from the Midwest Apple Improvement Association (MAIA) for field performance and consumer preference. This video is Steven's Farmers Forum presentation at the 2018 Wisconsin Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Growers Conference.
