Description:
The Toolkit is designed to help service providers learn more about a given farm or farmer in order to assist them more effectively. The components of the toolkit are designed to be used before, during or after a one-on-one consultation with a farmer. Though they are presented in a linear format we invite ag service providers to pull out the sections that seem most relevant and use them to augment what's already working in their professional practice. In other cases it might be unclear what help will be of most benefit.
