Description:
This short video shows a strip till implement in action with a clover cover crop preceding sweet corn. The implement includes deep ripper shanks that fracture and loosen soil to about 30 cm deep. The resulting localized loosing is demonstrated, as is the shallow compaction pan present from previous disking. There is also a close up with labels on the various parts of the implement.
