Description:
This power point is a summery of the findings from this research project that compared organic plasticulture verse traditional matted row production systems. The goal was to see if the plasticulture system could be successfully modified to delay ripening so that at least a portion of the crop would ripen in the 2nd half of June when customers traditionally expect ripe strawberries.
