Description:
Starting this summer you might see Munch Bunch goats that look a little… free range. At some locations there will be no physical fence containing them. And no, we didn’t hire an expert dog trainer to teach the goats how to ‘stay’. What is this pure magic? A revolutionary technology called virtual fencing. Yes, it is similar to an invisible fence for dogs, except there are no wires. We can draw the fence, and move the fence, from our phones. We are joining 2,600+ farms across the world that have been using this technology successfully for years. Thanks to a North Central SARE grant, we are able to test the containment effectiveness in our area. So far, it is amazing!
