In 2014, EarthDance Farm in Missouri received SARE support to establish a pear orchard at their teaching farm to address the dearth of local, sustainably-grown fruit, particularly pears, in St. Louis. This video is Jenna Hood's presentation about organic orchard establishment and management during the SARE Farmers Forum at the 2022 Great Plains Growers Conference.
