Amanda is a plant beneficial microbiologist currently completing her PhD in Plant and Soil Sciences at the University of Delaware. Amanda's research and interests are in the field of plant microbe interactions, specifically with symbiotic rhizobacteria and their legume hosts. As a microbiologist, Amanda is passionate about revealing the mechanisms of plant beneficial interactions and as a plant scientist, she fascinated by the plant’s physiological response to its rhizo-microbiome.
