About
Courtney Kowalczak has extensive experience writing, managing, and reporting as PI on projects funded by USDA, EPA, NASA, NOAA, and Minnesota Sea Grant. In the 2020-2021 grant period Courtney has overseen over $2 million dollars of grant projects that deal with climate change, mercury research, water quality, food sovereignty, and sustainable food systems.
