I have certified organic apple orchard and gardens. I am current president of the Upper Mid-west Organic Fruit Growers Association. I have written two SARE Grants, One Missouri Department of Agriculture Sustainability Grant, and a USDA Value Added Producer Grant(VAPG). We have a Missouri State inspected processing kitchen.
