Summary
Project FNE00-325 Multi-Purpose Windbreaks for protection of vegetable crops and production of fruit and/or nut crops.
In 2000, I prepared ground for planting the windbreak. In 2001, I will grow weed-suppressive cover crops during the growing season, and plant trees/shrubs in Fall 2001. Research and species selection will occur in Spring 2001. No grant funds have yet been expended, though some matching contributions have been made in the form of labor to prepare the site.
