    Proposal abstract:

In the Southern Region a special call was issued in 2003 for three pieces of important research to be done in specific subject areas. In 2005 as these projects began to finish and turn in final reports, it was decide their results would benefit the searchable national project database, but a suitable location had to be found for them in the database. Since the projects were funded in 03, it was necessary to give them LS03 project numbers. Although these special projects,LS03-182,LS03-183 and LS03-184, appear to be mis-numbered,they are not.
